This Refund & Return Policy explains how DYNAPURE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns and refunds for purchases made on dynapure.shop.

1. Return Window

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, labels and accessories (if any) must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, missing components, or any condition that prevents resale.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (and packaging photos if relevant). We may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider

7. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
