Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging included. Please contact us first at support@dynapure.shop with your order number to receive return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is wrong/defective, in which case we may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
